The Company in the process of Condtruction and Development of IT complex at A-9, sector 125 and Noida. The Area to be constructed for the above approx 65,000/-sq. feet with two basements and 8 floors. The total receipt for the zbove project is one and half year. As per Current status of Construction. The company is hopeful of handling over site to the owner by march 2008.

Sector 62,Noida
The total Recipt for the above Proect is App. 19,00,00000/- (Rupees Nineteen Crores only). The time period for the above project is one year. As per Current status of construction. The company is hopeful of handling over site to the owner by march 2008.

Navarang Theater
The Group has also entered in an agreement for redevelopment of a multiplex Project Valuing Rs. 75,00,00,000/- for Navrang Theater, Ghaziabad. As per Current status , The Company is hopeful of commencing the project by January 2008.
